Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing VK Photo Craft. By proceeding with a booking or approving a quote, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining balance must be cleared on or before the shoot/event date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.
• Note: The quoted package amount excludes travel and food allowances.

2. Travel & Transportation

• Transportation for photographers is available via VK Photo Craft’s own vehicle, charged at ₹50 per kilometre (round trip).
• Any outstation travel, accommodation, tolls, or food expenses must be covered by the client.

3. Client Benefits

• High-Quality Edits: Professionally edited, high-resolution photos and cinematic videos.
• Backup & Security: Your data is securely stored for up to 3 months after delivery.
• Client Support: Friendly and responsive communication before, during, and after the shoot.
• Creative Consultation: Guidance on poses, outfits, themes, and locations for the best results.
• Premium Products: Access to high-quality albums, prints, and customised photo gifts.
• Timely Delivery: Prompt delivery of deliverables as per agreed timelines.
• Flexible Packages: Options to customise packages based on your budget and needs.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Event/Session Bookings:

  • More than 15 days before the shoot: 70% of the advance will be refunded.

  • Less than 15 days before the shoot: Advance payment is non-refundable.

  • In case VK Photo Craft is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, accident), a full refund will be issued or an alternative professional photographer will be arranged.

• Personalized Products (e.g., albums, photo frames, mugs, wall decor, printed gifts):

  • No cancellation or refund will be provided once the production process has begun.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery, we will provide a free replacement within 3 days of delivery.

  • Clients must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product and share clear photos/videos as proof for validation.

5. Health & Safety

• VK Photo Craft is not liable for any illness, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the session or at the shoot location.

6. Deliverables

• Final edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within 3–6 weeks (depending on package).
• Deliverables include digital copies (via download link or drive) and applicable physical products like albums or prints.
• Clients will receive only edited final images as per package; RAW files will not be shared unless specifically agreed upon with an extra fee.

7. Usage Rights

• All photos and videos taken by VK Photo Craft remain the intellectual property of VK Photo Craft.
• The client is granted personal usage rights (printing, social sharing, etc.).
• VK Photo Craft reserves the right to use images and videos for advertising and promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, website, business cards, brochures, exhibitions, and private party messaging.
• Clients may not re-edit or apply filters to images provided by VK Photo Craft. Any further editing should be requested directly from our team.

8. Style & Editing

• VK Photo Craft maintains a consistent creative style across all sessions.
• Clients are encouraged to share ideas but final decisions on artistic aspects (framing, colors, tones, etc.) remain with us.
• Album designs will be shared for approval; one round of revision is included. Additional changes will be charged extra.

9. Data Storage

• Your files will be archived for 3 months after final delivery.
• After that period, VK Photo Craft is not responsible for storing or recovering files.

10. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring the presence of required individuals and obtaining necessary permissions or passes for the shoot.
• Delays caused by lack of coordination or access will not be the responsibility of VK Photo Craft.

11. Liability

• We take utmost care during shoots and data handling, but in case of equipment failure, data corruption, or force majeure, our liability is limited to a refund or reshoot (if feasible).

12. Agreement & Approval

• By booking with VK Photo Craft or approving any quotation, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
